Goodreads Synopsis: An assassin’s loyalties are always in doubt.
But her heart never wavers.
After a year of hard labor in the Salt Mines of Endovier, eighteen-year-old assassin Celaena Sardothien has won the king’s contest to become the new royal assassin. Yet Celaena is far from loyal to the crown – a secret she hides from even her most intimate confidantes.
Keeping up the deadly charade—while pretending to do the king’s bidding—will test her in frightening new ways, especially when she’s given a task that could jeopardize everything she’s come to care for. And there are far more dangerous forces gathering on the horizon — forces that threaten to destroy her entire world, and will surely force Celaena to make a choice.
Where do the assassin’s loyalties lie, and who is she most willing to fight for

Review: This is a FANTASTIC book. It is as simple as that. I loved Throne of Glass but I think (if possible) Crown of Midnight is 100 times better.Celaena will you be my best friend and Chaol will you please, please, please marry me? I’m not going to spoil anything but I just have to add how amazing the ending is. I mean I kind of saw it coming but I still loved it. I NEED more. Ahhh Sarah J. Maas give me more. I cannot wait for the next books in the series. I hope they come quickly. I am definitely adding this book to my favorite books!
Recommendation: If you loved Throne of Glass you will love Crown of Midnight. If you have not read Throne of Glass, what are you doing with your life? Pick it up, now and read it, then read Crown of Midnight.
If you have read either Throne of Glass or Crown of Midnight tell me what you thought.
